Pathology Consultation

To initiate pathology consultation with a Veterinary Pathologist in ULAM, please complete the Initial Request for Pathology Services form and fax it to (734) 936-3235. You will be contacted by a Necropsy Technician or Pathologist to discuss your pathology needs.

Necropsy Services

The necropsy program is the initial step in the histopathology process, providing investigators the services of gross dissection and tissue harvest. The necropsy program strives to maintain flexibility in our services and offer an educational environment to both researchers and veterinary residents allowing for a unique collaboration at the university. Organization of sample submissions and timely reporting of results will support future growth as a core service.
